ESXi with HP P4x0 array card cause low performance

Enviroment : ESXi 4.0 U1 + HP DL380G6 16G ram with P410i 256M cache

實測磁碟效能大約5M/s

查了不少文件，國外文件直接指向Raid Card 需要加裝BBWC(Battery Backend Write Cache) 以避免ESXi有Lazy Cache的大頭症。

裝上替換的512M cache 跟Battery Pack後

實測磁碟效能大約78M/s

目前沒有實測過hyper-v，不過推測應該沒有這個問題才是。

Apple usb ethernet adapter for win7 x64 driver

最近常常覺得為了設定switch常常網路線要拔來拔去很麻煩，就決定多買一張網卡方便使用。
本來是打算買Linksys EC1000 gigabit express card
不過Y拍找不到，國外的拍賣網站都沒貨(Linksys本身的網路商店也是缺貨)
看了一下Y拍國慘的express card 看起來真是慘不忍睹就放棄啦。
最後終於找到這個

蘋果的USB Ethernet Adapter 科技感比較差一點(沒有任何燈號是怎樣!)，但是質感還算不錯，當然透過USB只有10/100M 就別太苛求了。
而且還有通過win7的相容測試哦 windows 7 compatiable center
隔天中午就跑去光華的蘋果專賣店買了一隻回來。
(店員還很好心的跟我說:官方說法這個USB網卡只有支援MacBook Air)
帶回家接上PC果然是抓不到Driver，Google一下很快的就找到解法

首先下載 Drivers

32-bit:

找到 [USB.NTamd64] 這行
然後在後面加入

接著往後找Driver parameters 註解區
一樣在後面加入
